I’m sure others have mentioned it, but I gotta say the best music for the Amazing Spider-Man films was written by the late, great James Horner. Listen to “Saving New York” and you’ll know what I mean. Another thing probably mentioned is that ASM 2’s theme is heavily inspired by Aaron Copland’s “Fanfare for the Common Man,” which fits nicely and reminds the listener that despite those awesome powers he’s still “one of us.” In any case, I liked this video despite its omission of the music from “The Amazing Spider-Man.”

Someone made a tribute video of The Spot from Spider-Verse movie having this theme. Has anyone consider or wonder about a tribute of Dr. Doom having this?

I’m currently engrossed in the Spiderman games for PlayStation. I like to have some of the music from the movies play in my head, or in the background. In the games, I like to use the TASM 2 theme for Peter, and i think the TASM 1 theme is a good fit for Miles.

Oh thank God, this video wasn't about the Hans Zimmer Batman Begins theme which I find abysmal because it doesn't give me that fix I need, for him to have a proper melody and symphony accompanying him like we got out of Danny Elfman and Elliot Goldenthal.

This song doesn’t inspire you, it doesn’t make you feel heroic, it doesn’t represent justice as a whole, it represents the anger and frustration within the Batman. When the theme gets more aggressive, it’s not the resolution to a story, a character, or a fight. It’s Vengeance. This isn’t the song you hear when the good guy comes to the rescue, it’s the song that plays when the bad guys are in serious danger. You’re not supposed to cheer for the good guy when you hear this, you’re supposed to question what this version of Batman is, his intentions, his humanity. Is he just a man? A hero? A legend? It strips him of his humanity right down to his core and leaves you with the impression that he’s more than just a man, he’s The Batman, he’s Vengeance, and he’s pissed

Tobeys theme is amazing, Toms theme is amazing, but lets be real Andrews is sensational. (My opinion)

The Spider-Man movies are so amazing, I am no fan of cinema so I don't know if they are really that good, but let me tell you Spider-Man, ALWAYS motivates me to do good to others and do better in life, and these themes fo an amazing job of portraying that ❤️ (But that Danny Elfman theme man, maybe because the first thing I can remember in life is that Spider-Man 2 intro, but it just gets me ABSOLUTELY HYPED.) And yes, Spider-Man and Batman are my two favorite super heroes ever.

I swear this movie is the purest distillation of art. And your commentary made it so much better, I knew he was being violent prusuing vengeance, and that in the end he learned that he had not just to punish criminals but save people. But know, thanks to your commentary (I even read the pinned comment), it makes me realize that the reason why the Vengeance approach didn't work was because, yes, he was beating criminals up, but the was fixing the chaos, he was just adding to that chaos, as an opposing force to evil, but what is chaos? Lack of order. With no order, what even is being "an opposing force" aren't all forces opposing each other like wind currents in a tornado for example? So he just added more chaos. But know, he knows that he should not be vengeance, but a symbol of hope to people, to yes, defeat all of the villains but not out of the hatred for them, but out of the kindess and love for the citizens of Gotham, aiding them and showing them that a bright future can be reached, and that he is here to fight for them from the shadows :') 🖤 I love this man, thanks for improving the movie for me (I didn't even think that was possible), and in conjunction with the movie, you even changed my perspective on life a little bit :')

I don't know how it motivates me everytime i listen this masterpiece i mean i am speechless specially when he said don't you know me i am electro goosebumps this character is phenomenal outstanding

He was never the good guy. It was just more convenient to act that way, since he was too much of a coward to stand up for himself and confront people when they were belittling him. He didn't get corrupted, or whatever you want to call it - he finally gained power to do what he wanted and he showed his true colors.

Of every Spider-Man villain to date, I think Mysterio is hands-down the best adaptation. My only complaint is that we didn't get enough of Mysterio actually trading blows with Spider-Man. Even if he's just an illusion, I would have loved to see more action shots of the two going toe-to-toe.
